Vista 64 to Vista 32
So, there is no means of moving from 32-bit Home Premium to 64-bit Ultimate without buying a full retail version of Ultimate. And the people who already own a version of Vista are left out in the cold? Seems peculiar to me, or it's quite possible that I'm just being really dense at the moment.

I have no clue why they didn't make the 64-bit version the standard one because of the memory issue. It was already a pressing issue with XP. Interesting question why they made a 32 bis version of Vista at all. They could have put the entire effort in creating a reliable 32 bit wrapper for 64 bit Vista.
